MacPRESS SERIES

“MACLIN” MacPRESS Series are a range of premium quality compressor cylinder and crankcase lubricants designed specifically for modern reciprocating compressors. The careful selection of based oils and additives result in a lubricant which can properly lubricate compressor cylinders operating at high discharge temperatures 220 degree C, while significantly minimizing carbon formation on piston rings and exhaust valves. These lubricants are designed to provide superior thermal and oxidation stability, good demulsibility and rust protection. These compressor oils ensure reduced deposits due to improved lubrication.

APPLICATIONS

These compressor oils are suitable for use in screw compressors, sliding vane & reciprocating compressors. Grade 68 & 150 may be used in the compressor crankcase for bearing lubrication.

MacRECICOMP SR SERIES

“MACLIN” MacRECICOMP SR Series of compressor oils are premium quality compressor oils specially designed for the lubrication of rotary sliding vane and air screw compressors. Its unique high performance, ashless additive technology exhibit excellent protection and performance for oil injected or oil flooded single or two stage compressors operating at a of 20 bars with air discharge temperature up to 100 degree C. This has been designed to provide to prolonged service life upto to 6000, 8000 and 10,000 plus hours.

APPLICATION

“MACLIN” MacRECICOMP Series of oils are recommended for use in rotary sliding vane and air-screw compressor systems.

“MACLIN” MacRECICOMP HD, EHD, & XHD range of compressor oils are designed for the lubrication of rotary and reciprocating compressors. These are manufactured from superlative quality based oils and carefully selected additives.

RECOMMENDATION

“MACLIN” MacRECICOMP Series lubricants are recommended for the lubrication of bearing, rotors and gears in rotary compressors especially in oil-flooded screw compressors with delivery temperature of up to 120 degree C and high pressure systems up to 30 kg/cm2.
