MacTHERM SERIES

“MACLIN” MacTHERM Series are mineral oil type heat transfer oil for use in indirect or secondary heating systems manufactured from selected refined paraffinic oils to give excellent resistance to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic & has low odour level with no detrimental effect on selected seals. These oils possess low volatility & low vapour pressure to give long service life through a well designated heat transfer system.

MacTHERM 800

“MACLIN” MacTHERM 800 is the new advanced technology synthetic heat transfer fluid. It has been engineered from excellent quality, carefully selected base oils which give excellent resistance to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. It is formulated from proprietary performance additives ensuring that it is non-corrosive, non-toxic, has no determined effect on selected seals.
This oil possesses low volatility & low vapour pressure to give long service life in a well-designed heat transfer system. It contains special detergent and dispersant properties for cleaning deposited carbon formed in the lines to prevent scaling inside the lines. This oil facilities easy start-up of the heat transfer system & maintains pumpable viscosity even at low ambient temperature

With the entire mineral based thermic fluid and hydrocarbon mixtures.

APPLICATIONS

It is recommended for use in bulk oil temperature up to 310°C.
