MacQUENCH SERIES

“MACLIN” MacQUENCH Series are formulated from premium quality lube oil base stocks with inherent oxidation stability and thermal stability. These quench lubes have low volatility, moderate flash point and pour point. These quenching lubes have special additives which enhance with soiling of metal parts during quenching and prevent dust accumulation on metals.

APPLICATIONS

“MACLIN” MacQUENCH 36 can be used for fast quenching for all normal quenching operations on a variety of metals to impart desired hardness to components without distortions.
“MACLIN” MacQUENCH 39 & 40 are recommended for all normal quenching operations on a variety of metals to impart desired hardness to components without distortions. “MACLIN” MacQUENCH 39 is recommended for cyanided parts as well as other components whereas 40 offers lower quenching speeds. It confirms to IS: 2664: 1980 (Reaffirmed 1993).
“MACLIN” MacQUENCH 42 & 43 are recommended for hardening of nuts, bolts, bearings, springs and other automotive and engineering components. These lubes are suitable for general purpose quenching. It confirms to IS: 2664: 1980 (Reaffirmed 1993).
